Pro Admin: Harish IR
Harish hails from Thrissur in Kerala, who is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering & MBA in Marketing is now based at Bangalore, working on his own startup in the E-commerce industry.
Not very much into the auto industry, but his strengths make sure that the ARPRO website & mobile app runs like clockwork.
He also handles the ARPRO customer support and supports in the member addition to ARPRO Whatsapp groups.
Lead Admin Team:
Ajay is a graduate in Computer Application. Born and bought up in Kerala. Ajay currently works with Sai Service as Relationship Manager. He has experience in the IT field for 7 years as Systems Engineer and 2.5 years in the Automobile industry which includes 2 years in EVM Volkswagen Cochin.
Amol was born and brought up in Belgaum District Of Karnataka, with an MBA in Marketing and HR. Joined retail sales in Maruti Suzuki India Pvt LTD at Belgaum. Now has been working as a Relationship Manager in Nexa Channel from 2016. Amol has a total experience of 9 years in the automobile industry.
Boopalakrishnan hails from Erode & working at Sundaram Motors, Honda dealership as Sr. Sales Consultant. He is associated with the Automobile industry for the past 7 years and has been a member and on the admin panel of ARPRO for past 1 year. He is happy and proud to be part of ARPRO.
Jaison was born in a prominent family of Travancore province, in Kerala. He is a computer graduate from Kerala University & was placed in a fortune 500 software test and release company at Chennai SIPCOT IT park. He left it all to pursue his passionate career in car sales and marketing. Started as a Team Leader with Maruti in the year of 2010, in his home town at a booking counter of a dealer. Never missed training and self-learning opportunities from the beginning. Opportunities were utilised to new lengths and breadth in different domains. In 2013 he switched to Mahindra First Choice as Manager Sales and Marketing for a Cat-B dealership, and later from 2015 till now working with a Hyundai dealer as Operations Manager for sales and service in an RSO 1 facility. His lovely family consists of his wife – Anju Rooby John and two little champs – Darren and Aldrin.
Md. Basha hails from a small town Gangavathi, in Karnataka & came into the automobile industry by chance.
From starting his career as cycle sales manager for 6 District in 2004 to building on his entrepreneurship dreams from his own cycle business he has been on a constant journey. In 2014 he joined the auto industry as a sales consultant in Honda cars, then Ford and finally Jeep.
Being passionate about sales & marketing, he started his own venture in the name “Car Cliks” in March 2019. He sells all brand new cars from Maruti to a Mercedes Benz across Karnataka right from his hometown, Gangavathi. Basha loves to travel, socialize with Innovative people & also mentor people……
Murali was born in Bangalore, brought up in a small village in TN. Started his schooling in a government primary school which was headed by his mother & moved back to Bangalore for higher studies & settled in the silicon city from his college days. The automobile was never at all a passion when he chose this as his career, to lead his life post marrying his love of life in 2003.
Became a true automobile enthusiast over a period of time. He loves to drive, socialize with innovative people, learn, mentor, coach & cook different varieties of food.
He has an experience of 15+ years in the automobile industry, presently works as a Head of Sales for an Innovative & top-selling Ford dealership in Bangalore.
He has won the Ford’s National Selling Skills contest and also has secured 20+ top awards & recognitions in his career.
He has been chosen as the best Manager ever by his team in a survey conducted by his organisation & most of them had worked under different brands.
He strongly believes in Sir Henry Ford’s quote “A vision without execution is just hallucination”
Rahulkrishna has been in the auto industry for the last 10 years. He started his career in the service department as service trainee, then service technician and service supervisor. From there he shifted his career to sales, aiming at bigger goals and higher income. He has worked with brands like Bajaj, Hyundai & Tata as a sales consultant, and with Hyundai & Maruti Suzuki as sales team leader, and with Hyundai as dealer trainer, & presently works as Asst Sales Manager in Honda car dealership. He has also been the admins of “Indian automobile enthusiasts” group in FB. And also planning to start a youtube channel for automobile’s reviews and comparison in the name of “Auto Journalist”.!!
He has been with ARPRO for last one and half years and been a part of admin panel for the past 1 year.
Sandeep Saleem “Saandy”
Sandeep Saleem (well known as ‘Saandy’ in the industry). Works with Indus Motors, Kerala (Royal Platinum dealer for Maruti Suzuki) as Asst Manager, Sales Support. He is also a Maruti Suzuki certified Sales Professional and has been in the industry for the past 11 years.
He is an avid automobile enthusiast, mostly interested in automobile technology, features, Specs & also training department.
Satya Prasad is an automobile enthusiast, with 23 years of experience on hand in after-sales operations. He has worked with brands like Maruti, Tata, Hyundai & presently working as Sr. Service Head for a Ford dealership in Vizag.
Srinivas started a career as a sales executive in 2009 and grew up as a team leader in one of the leading Maruti Suzuki Arena Dealership in Chennai. He is basically a Mechanical Engineer & Management professional.
His passion to share and train his team changed his growth path from sales to Training & Development along with HR recruitment. He now works as a Training & Development Manager At Nexa Tuticorin. He has nearly 10 years of experience in the automobile industry. He likes to learn new things about automobiles and anything related to the auto industry.
Abhijeet is a qualified automobile engineer from VJTI Mumbai with a PGPX from IIM Kolkata followed by 29 years of professional experience.
He is an expert in the world of automobiles sales, service and parts training and consulting.
Irrespective of his corporate roles from the beginning of his career, Abhijeet has always been a trainer, Consultant educating formally and informally, MBA Grads, new joiners, his teams, colleagues, dealers and even customers. Eventually, he turned a full-time trainer and facilitator. He has also done Process audits for Sales, Service, Spare-parts and Dealership Infrastructures.
His long association with premium product segment in the industry places him a notch higher among his
peers. He has been associated with companies like Mercedes Benz, Jaguar Land Rover and Royal Enfield among others individually and through training agencies as a consultant. Abhijeet has not only worked for
automobile OEMs but also established new JVs, dealerships and run dealerships as CEO. Thus, he carries an extremely strong understanding of the entire automobile landscape from OEMs to dealers to
customers. Till date, Abhijeet has trained Management Trainees, Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Heads, General Managers, Service Executives, Service Managers, Service Heads, Parts Executives and Managers, Area Sales & Service Managers, Territory Managers, Dealer Principals and GMs, Factory Managers and Technical Managers.

Identifying Criminals thru Brain Mapping. He has supported the CID for solving 6 cases in Pune and

Have worked for 17 years in several roles in the automotive industry covering retail sales, aftersales, finance, Insurance & Accessories for Delhi & NCR market.
Shivshankar is based at Belgaum Town. Passionate about Marketing and Automobiles. He loves driving, personalizes & modify cars. He has been into automobile sales since 2014 and has served retail sales in North Karnataka with Hyundai, Toyota & Ford. He loves to take challenges and work differently and innovatively. He has received more than 20 awards in sales, marketing & retail. Started as a consultant and now a General Manager and still more to come. He also loves to interact with like-minded people and automobile enthusiasts.
M Srikrishnan is an automobile enthusiast and professional working in the Automobile industry in a leadership role for the past 6 years and a has a total experience of 16 years in the automobile industry in different departments like retail sales, corporate sales, Training and Manpower development with OEM’s like Renault, Mahindra and Mahindra, Piaggio, and in the consulting domain with Raytheon has kept him energized and relevant to the Industry.Currently, he works with Renault India as Lead training and development for sales and aftersales business.
