Toyota has silently hiked the prices of the Yaris sedan. The increase in prices varies from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 1,68,000, depending on the variant. The Japanese carmaker has also dropped the V MT, V CVT and the VX MT variants.
Audi has revealed two new performance versions of its e-tron electric SUV called the e-tron S and the e-tron S Sportback. The e-tron S is a four-door SUV, while the Sportback is a four-door coupe. The S models are wider than the standard e-tron. On the inside, both cars get dual touchscreens and a digital instrument cluster.
The fifth generation Honda City will be launched in India on July 15, 2020. The new City is based on a new platform. The car comes with features such as full-LED automatic headlights, electric sunroof, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that has Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster. It also gets next generation Honda Connect with Telematics Control Unit with 32 connected features as well as Alexa remote capability.
Hyundai is planning to launch the Tucson facelift in India on July 14, 2020. The updated Tucson gets minor cosmetic changes including new headlamp clusters, redesigned front and rear bumpers and twin exhaust tips. The SUV is also believed to get new design alloy wheels and rain sensing wipers.
It is now said that the BS6 version of the TUV 300 is likely to be launched soon. According to an employee of Mahindra’s Pune plant, the car is likely to go on sale in July 2020.
