Deliveries and test drives of the Volkswagen T-Roc have been delayed as the car is awaiting an ARAI certificate. It has been delayed due to the lockdown enforced to contain the spread of the coronavirus. It is said that the car is yet to complete the required distance for testing. The T-Roc was launched in March 2020 and the car is imported as a completely built unit (CBU).

MG (Morris Garages) Motor India has signed up six start-ups for its ongoing MG Developer Program & Grant. The finalists include Highway Delite, Socialcore, InCabEx, CamCom, ClearQuote, and the Alexa-based project Meeseeks. Under the programme, the start-ups will receive a grant and mentoring from technology experts, which also can lead to an opportunity to work directly with specialised MG teams on selected projects.
